PrayDisplay is a digital platform that enables mosques to:

• Display prayer times on TV screens and digital displays
• Manage prayer timetables and schedules
• Create and display notices and announcements
• Customise display themes and branding
• Manage team members and access permissions
• Generate QR codes for donations and information

The service is provided "as is" and may include advertisements, sponsored content, or other commercial elements.

To use PrayDisplay, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age or have parental consent
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

You agree not to:

• Use PrayDisplay for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload to PrayDisplay, such as prayer times, notices, and mosque information. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display it solely to provide our services.

Our Content: PrayDisplay and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without our express written permission.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of PrayDisplay, to understand our practices.

Free Tier: Basic features are available free of charge with reasonable usage limits.

Paid Plans: Premium features require payment of subscription fees. All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can change your plan at any time.

Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. After 30 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues or upgrades
• Force majeure events beyond our control
• Emergency security updates

We will provide reasonable notice for scheduled maintenance whenever possible.

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these terms
• Illegal or harmful activities
• Non-payment of fees
• Inactivity for more than 12 months

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

PrayDisplay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy of prayer times and religious information
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Prayer times provided through our service are for informational purposes only. Users should verify times with their local mosque or Islamic authority.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrayDisplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will:

• Post the updated terms on our website
• Update the "Last updated" date
• Notify users via email for significant changes

Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
